ELISA ssDNA 50 Single -stranded DNA Ladders
The picture shows the comparison between ssDNA 50 Ladder and single-stranded DNA with lengths of 49, 74, and 145 bases on 10% PAGE denaturing gel.
The ssDNA 50 Ladder is a single-stranded DNA rµLer in increments of 50 bases. The shortest band corresponds to 50 nt, and the longest band exceeds 1000 nt. Samples were stored in 100 µL buffer containing: 50 mM HEPES (pH ~7), 100 mM NaCl, 2 mM ZnCl2, 2 mM EDTA. The total DNA concentration is approximately 20 ng/µL. ssDNA 50 Ladder is suitable for running denaturing PAGE gels.
Recommended usage method: Mix 3-5 µL ssDNA 50 Ladder sample with denatured Loading Buffer and load the sample. After gel running, soak and stain with Cyber Gold Stain for 10-20 minutes. The 5' end of ssDNA 50 Ladder contains -PO43-, and the 5' end can be labeled with fluorescence or 32P after removing this group. Instructions and Precautions: S Cyber Gold Stain has the best effect on binding single-stranded nucleic acids. It is strongly recommended to use Cyber Gold staining to obtain the best gel pattern.
