mRNA Enzymes DIBA Kit - 12 Tests
As the effective component in vaccines or drugs for injection into human, application of the raw materials for producing mRNA should comply with relevant terms of the current edition of " the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China " and/or conform to general international common criteria. The identification test of the raw material is the confirmation test of the known raw material to confirm whether the raw material stored in the labelled container is the raw material as indicated. Various enzymes are used in the process of in vitro transcription and modification of mRNA. As a protein substance, enzymes can be identified by Dot Immunobinding Assay (DIBA, 2020 edition, Part IV, General Principles 3402). This kit uses polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) as the solid phase, carries out antigen-antibody reaction by DIBA, and carries out the identification test of various raw materials.
The kit contains six antibodies, anti-T7 RNA Polymerase antibody, anti-Pyrophosphatase Inorganic (Yeast) antibody, anti-RNase Inhibitor antibody, anti-DNase I antibody, anti-Vaccinia Capping Enzyme antibody and anti-mRNA Cap 2´ -O-Methyltransferase antibody. Enzymes for in vitro transcription and modification of mRNA can be identified by specific qualitative analysis. The kit is easy to operate, clear in results, and has the characteristics of high specificity and high durability.
