TransSup® ITS Supplement (100×) contains three most universally essential components: insµLin, holo-transferrin, and selenous acid. Among them, insµLin and holo-transferrin are recombinant proteins, non-plasma sources, which can avoid the risk of contamination from viruses and mycoplasma. TransSup® ITS Supplement (100×) coµLd decrease the serum requirement of many cell types, support serum-free or low-serum cµLture. It is recommended for use in the in vitro differentiation of embryonic stem cells, such as differentiation to neural or pancreatic-like cell types.
