Recombinant Human IL-3 - 500 µg
Interleukin-3 (IL-3), also known as a multicolony-stimulating factor, is one of the important members of the interleukin family. It is mainly produced by activated T cells, macrophages, and bone marrow stromal stem cells. IL-3 plays an important role in hematopoietic regulation and immune regulation by binding to its receptor (IL-3R).
IL-3 can not only induce the proliferation and maturation of pluripotent hematopoietic progenitor cells, bone marrow cells, eosinophils, basophilic cells, erythroid cells, and megakaryocytes, but also activate the cytotoxic, bactericidal, and anti-tumor activities of macrophages. Furthermore, IL-3 can also mobilize the response of cells (such as peripheral blood stem cells) to later activated cytokines such as G-CSF, thrombopoietin, and erythropoietin.
Recombinant Human IL-3 is produced by E.coli expression system, and is produced with raw materials of pharmaceutical applicable level. The host protein residue, nucleic acid residue and common pathogens are strictly controlled, and the production and quality management procedures of the product comply with GMP regulations to ensure the traceability of the production process and all raw materials.
