Quantity:100µg Purification:Immunogen affinity purified Form:liquid Purity:?95% as determined by SDS-PAGE Host:Rabbit Clonality:polyclonal Clone ID: Isotype:IgG Storage:PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3 , -20? for 12 months (Avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.) Background:This gene encodes an enzyme belonging to the protein tyrosine kinase family, and it plays a role in T-cell development and lymphocyte activation. This enzyme, which is phosphorylated on tyrosine residues upon T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) stimµLation, functions in the initial step of TCR-mediated signal transduction in combination with the Src family kinases, Lck and Fyn. This enzyme is also essential for thymocyte development. Mutations in this gene cause selective T-cell defect, a severe combined immunodeficiency disease characterized by a selective absence of CD8-positive T-cells. Two transcript variants that encode different isoforms have been found for this gene. Immunogen:zeta-chain (TCR) associated protein kinase 70kDa Synonyms:70 kDa zeta associated protein, FLJ17670, FLJ17679, SRK, STD, Syk related tyrosine kinase, Tyrosine protein kinase ZAP 70, TZK, ZAP 70, ZAP70 Observed MW:69 kDa Uniprot ID:P43403 Reactivity:, Mouse Tested Application:ELISA, WB, IHC Recommended dilution:WB: 1:500 - 1:2000; IHC: 1:50 - 1:200 Gene ID:7535 Research Area:Immunology, Signal Transduction, Metabolism, Developmental biology
