Product Description TruePrep Flexible DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is specifically designed for the Illumina high-throµghput sequencing platform. Using a novel transposase method for DNA fragmenta- tion, which transforms the tedious steps of DNA fragmentation, end repair and splice ligation reaction into a simple one-step enzymatic reaction, the kit significantly shortens the library construction time. Compared with conventional transposase library preparation kits, this kit significantly improves the compatibility of DNA template inputs by chemically coupling the transposase to magnetic beads. The kit enables the preparation of 100 pg - 500 ng DNA templates into sequencing libraries dedicated to the Illumina high-throµghput sequencing platform. All the reagents in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and function testing, to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation. Applications This product is suitable for the preparation of Illumina high-throµghput sequencing platform dedicated libraries and compatible with initial DNA input amounts of 100 pg - 500 ng.
