EZ Cap™ ER-mScarlet Probe mRNA (m1Ψ) encodes mScarlet, an ultra-bright and photostable red fluorescent protein (RFP) specifically targeted to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). With a peak excitation at ~569 nm and emission at ~594 nm, mScarlet offers superior fluorescence intensity, rapid maturation, and excellent photostability, making it ideal for live-cell imaging, ER structure analysis, and multi-color fluorescence experiments.
