To be used in conjuction with VAHTS AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Illumina (Vazyme #NA110) and VAHTS AmpSeq Adapters 1-12 for Ion Torrent (Vazyme#NA120), sequencing can be performed on Illumina and Ion Torrent platforms. Pre-mixed primers save the time of primer designing and preparation, requiring initial DNA as little as 10 ng and enabling sequencing with complex templates such as FFPE samples and cfDNA. Related cancers, which the 50 genes covered, include but are not limited to colorectal cancer, lung cancer, melanoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, prostatic cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, liver cancer, stomach cancer, renal cell carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, neoplastic hematologic disorder, bladder cancer, endometrial cancer, thyroid cancer, and glioma.
