SensiMix SYBR No-ROX Kit

SensiMix SYBR No-ROX kit contains all the components necessary to perform consistent and reproducible real-time PCR assays, but does not contain a passive reference and so is suitable for those block-based and rotor-based machines where an internal reference is not required for normalization. The mix has been developed to provide the high sensitivity required for demanding assays or for those assays where template is limited. • Sensitivity - allows reproducible detection of low-copy number templates. • Reproducibility - generates real-time data reliably and reproducibly. • Specific - proprietary hot-start chemistry minimises non-specific amplification. • Broad dynamic range - a dynamic range of up to eight orders of magnitude.
